No, but a much larger fraction of the teams did. I like most of the casters, but there seems to be one who gets really excited and talks a bit too fast and not really giving much info outside of what we just watched.
Who is that? I'm trying not to come across as mean or anything, so sorry if I do. London were so relaxed the entire time too, they went from team that just was there to have fun, to a team that realized that they could beat EnVy right there and now.
Part post goal facecam. Part how badly their play broke down in the final game of the series. They blew London out game 1, lost a close game 2, and got blown out themselves in game 3.
No one can give you the actual reason outside of the players themselves. It's speculated because Jacob was the weakest of the three and GarrettG and Fireburner really wanted to pick up Jstn, especially with his performance in 6mans and as a hard carry for Out of Style.
He has a couple air-dribble 1v1s on Johnnybois youtube where he does some nutty stuff, id recommend them for sure if you can stand listening to Johnny who can be a bit much at times.
Hate to say it, but I'd rather director cam than whoever is controlling the camera right now. Too much time is spent in autocam and then rapidly switching between players for a little bit and circling back to the autocam.
Makes for a very janky viewing experience. They did director cam for F3's series and it looked like they were doing it for the majority of secret vs expert but just stopped and did auto cam for a good 30 seconds or something Yeah that part was really annoying.
Because autocam focuses on such a small portion of the field you couldn't see players going for plays excluding the ball, e. So, matches aside, I would like to point out a few issues I have experienced while watching the stream, many of which you may be aware of already:.
Some of the above are subjective opinions of course. Other than that, looking forward to seeing the rest of the tournament!
F3 hang on in there. I do think they're going to be a better team this season, but what with Yukeo still settling and Miztik out for Jessie for this, they're relying on the Kuxir carry for now!
They shouldnt worry too much about this one. Its basically practice for Yukeo. Miztik is honestly their best player now. They were their own worst enemies today.

And then provided another reason aside from his past immaturity as to why I made my initial comment, Grudge aside, he has the most fucking punchable face if I have seen and you can always see the rage and salt brimming when he loses.
The audience is also much younger compared to CS:GO, which is nice for a change. Is this Rocket League tournament some sort of experiment for Dreamhack Leipzig to see how well the crowd will embrace it or do you see this as a first step for a long-term commitment to Rocket League as an esports game that will be featured at Dreamhack?
This is not a test. That is not a promise or anything, but we sure have that on our radar. Speaking of Germany: Do you believe that Rocket League is specifically a good fit for the German crowd, because the game is basically Soccer with Cars?
You might be right and I agree. Rocket League might be a good fit for the German market. Certain games are perfect for certain regions.
During the championship the focus of the scene should always be on that championship. With our Dreamhack festivals we want to align aside the RLCS and maybe offer something during the off-season.
What do you expect in terms of viewership? Thoughts on a Dreamhack B stream? I think a B stream would've been great.
I mean look at how it worked out for WSOE qualifiers! Say a match on the main stream was being shown that we weren't interested in, we could just hop over to the B stream.
The size of the crowd of people that gathered behind TSM for their final games vs mCon. Ghost keeping them or already found a new home?
I don't know if you guys remember but I'm pretty sure after Leth announced they're under restricted free agency that in his twitter bio there was something about being a restricted free agent and to contact EsportROB for offers.
Well that's gone now, and it just says player for Ghost. I feel like this implies Ghost is keeping them possibly because of good results in qualifiers or they've found a new org View all Day 1 Brackets on Liquipedia.
Group A Group B. Still Rocket League. Day 2 predictions? Triple Trouble is Toxic. Forgot to post my DreamHack hype video, I hope you like it!
Hello everyone! How do Rocket League tournaments work? I've been watching a little of the current event and I've been to the bracket website a few times, but I can't make sense of how it works.
My guess for how it works is that each team is seeded at the beginning of the event. Top seed starts by playing bottom seed ex. If you win, you continue on playing the winners of the other matches.
If you lose, you continue on playing the losers of the other matches, however if you lose a second time, you are eliminated from the tournament.
Near the end of the tournament, there will be 2 teams left in the "winners" bracket and 1 team in the "losers" bracket.
The two "winner" teams will play. The winner of that match moves on to the finals. The loser plays the 1 team remaining from the "losers" bracket to determine the second team in the finals.
This is a fairly standard way of doing a "double elimination" tournament. They have a gazillion great commentators, why not have them commentate different games at the same time as each other?
So much great Rocket League was missed today unnecessarily. Recently got around mmr, wondering if having a regular deadzone is holding me back somehow, I feel quite slow in air while turning and angling shots take around a second to set up.
Dreamhack Leipzig thoughts about production and structure. The pool of teams you've brought is amazing. It did not feel like a major, despite being the most stacked event to date.
Really nice in some spots but not others. It seems like something went wrong during planning. Post a Comment. Breaking News. Rocket League.
